Extracting Palette

The application offers an automatic extraction of the optimal color palette from your image, providing comprehensive control throughout the process.

Exporting and Importing Palette

You have the ability to export your custom palette for future use or to import an existing palette to see how your image transforms with new colors. Supported formats include:

• ASE (Adobe Swatch Exchange) - compatible with Procreate, Photoshop, and others
• TXT (Paint.NET Palette) - compatible with PixelStudio and others
• GPL (Gimp Palette) - compatible with Aseprite and others
• PAL (JASC) - compatible with Aseprite and others

Applying Palette

You can create a palette manually, load an existing one, and apply color swatches to your image. The application also offers options to prioritize application by lightness or chroma.

Dithering

This technique simulates a greater variety of colors when facing palette limitations. The final image may appear noisy but achieves a more natural, vibrant, and detailed look.

Crop
